Refund Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes work for paid subscriptions to COI Chase("we," "us," or "our"). It applies to the Premium plan and other paid offerings described on our website or at checkout.
Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. That means Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction, handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipt issuance. Your purchase may appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* or similar.

2. Free plan
The Free plan is offered at no charge. No payment is collected and no refunds apply.
3. Premium subscriptions
Premium plan: billed on a recurring monthly basis (currently $49 USD per month, unless a different price is shown at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
When you upgrade, you gain immediate access to Premium features for the current billing period. Pricing, features, and plan limits are described on our billing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
4. 14-day refund guarantee (first payment)
If you are not satisfied with COI Chase Premium, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Premium subscription payment.
To request a refund:
- Email info@coichase.com from the email address associated with your account, including your workspace/company name and the date of purchase; or
- Contact Paddle support through the link on your Paddle receipt or order confirmation email.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Renewal charges are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee unless required by applicable law. If a refund is issued, Premium access will be revoked when the refund is processed.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period unless a refund is granted under Section 4 or applicable law.
To cancel:
- Use the Manage billing option in your COI Chase dashboard (when available), which opens Paddle's customer portal; or
- Email info@coichase.com and we will assist you; or
- Follow the cancellation instructions on your Paddle receipt or invoice.
After cancellation, you typically retain Premium access until the end of the paid billing period, then your workspace reverts to the Free plan (subject to Free plan limits).
6. Non-refundable situations
Except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy, we do not provide refunds for:
- Subscription renewal charges after the 14-day first-payment window
- Partial months or unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us or Paddle to resolve the issue
7. Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@coichase.com or Paddle before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
8. Taxes
Paddle calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar transaction taxes where required. Tax amounts are shown at checkout and on your receipt.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under local consumer protection laws (for example, in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Australia). Where such laws provide additional refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.
10. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be posted here; continued use of paid plans after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
